Side Effects:

A short mild burning or cold sensation can occur. This is normal and will disappear in approximately two minutes. If the burning continues after three minutes, the solution can diluted or discontinued.   

Contradictions:

Vulvar vestibulitis, low vaginal secretions (dryness).   

Use and Preparation (Do not use during menstrual cycle)

  • For vaginal treatment using a tampon: Apply 40 to 60 drops to the tip of a tampon. Before bedtime, insert the tampon as close to the cervix as possible. Remove the following morning. Use every night for one week or until improvement is felt, then use every other night for two weeks. Continue twice per week as a preventive therapy. For severe symptoms, such as itching, with or without discharge, use every night for one week, then every other night until improvement (approx. one to two weeks), then continue two times per week as a preventative.
  • For vaginal douche: Add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup warm water. Use as a retention douche. Two or three capsules of BA-CO-FLOR can be added to the douche, open capsule and mix well.
  • To treat warts on the skin and mycoses under nails, apply an amount required to cover the affected area several times daily. Avoid eye contact.
