Suggested Use Adults 6 to 10 tablets three times daily. After two months, the amount can be reduced to once or twice daily. Children 1/2 or less of the adult amount.

Vitamins: High vitamin content including, B1, B2, B6, C, E, A and B12, which is normally absent in plant composition. It is an excellent vegetarian nutritional supplement.
