Suggested Use 
Adults 
6 to 10 tablets three times daily. After two months, the amount can be reduced to once or twice daily. 
Children

Chlorella is a nutrient dense plant food:
Vitamins:  High vitamin content including, B1, B2, B6, C, E, A and B12, which is normally absent  in plant composition.  It is an excellent vegetarian nutritional supplement.
 
Plant Protein:  Its high protein content (58 percent), compromises 17 amino acids, including the essential eight, in a balanced ratio.
 
Chlorophyll:
Chlorella contains the highest concentration of chlorophyll found in plants.
 
Unsatrurated and Saturated Fatty Acids:
Chlorella contains essential fatty acids, low in saturated and high in polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular the omega 3 (EPA) and gamma linoleic acid (GLA).
 
RNA and DNA:  High concentrations of RNA (Ribonucliec acid) and DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) are found in Chlorella, the building blocks of genotype.
