INDICATIONS
To assist in the cellular detoxification of residual toxins as a consequence of exposure to excessive free radicals. Free radicals tend to accumulate if cellular respiration is impaired. Lipid peroxidation, resulting in cellular membrane defects associated with DNA/RNA damage, is the primary effect of this toxicity. Support of cellular oxygenation is recommended to minimize this toxicity.
 
COMPONENTS
· ARBUTIN, from Uva ursi, has been found to be of benefit in improving oxygen utilization and electron transport, thus decreasing free radical formation.
· CARBAMIDE PEROXIDE is an important biologic regulator of oxidation/reduction (redox) reactions.
· CERULOPASMIN is a copper ferroxidase enzyme and SUPEROXOFERRIHEME is an iron transport protein. Both are vital factors in maintaining optimal cellular respiration.
· DISMUTASE (Superoxide Dismutase/S.O.D.) is an enzyme that inactivates free radicals. S.O.D. is essential to proper oxygen utilization.
· HORDEUM VULGARE, the young barley plant, is an excellent source of catalase, a cell protectant enzyme.
