To assist in the cellular detoxification of residual foreign proteins or antigenic substances. It may also be employed to minimize allergic manifestations that may occur as toxins are being eliminated. Once these toxins have been cleared, allergy symptoms will often disappear. This DETOXOSODE can be used for acute symptoms of allergies, however, it is essential that underlying causes of the allergy, including cellular toxicity be addressed.

COMPONENTS
· CALMODULIN is a calcium modulating factor. Its vitalized form may assist in cellular detoxification.
· GLYOXALASE, GLYOXALATE REDUCTASE are enzymes active in cellular energy transfer systems.
· LECTINS, derived from peanuts and wheat, do sensitize lymphocytes. This activation increases the elimination of toxins.
· LEUKOTRIENES (LTA 4, LTC 4) are lipoproteins related to the prostaglandins. They are biologically active components of the lymphatic system.
· PROTEASES: bromelain and papain, are enzymes that catalyze the degradation of foreign proteins.
· TRICARBOXYLIC ACIDS, acetic and citric acids, are both principle intermediates of the Krebs (TCA) cycle. They assist in the conversion of food to energy for cell metabolism and growth.
