Spagyric Greens

Product Details:

Spagyric Greens is the newest addition to the family of Energetix products. It contains a combination of nutrient dense foods to support the demanding needs of the body in today’s stressful environment, and Spagyrically-extracted botanicals to further support the immune and neuroendocrine systems. Spagyric Greens contains Barley Grass (Hordeum vulgare), Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), Spirulina(Spirulina platensis) which are especially rich in Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is considered by many to be the “blood” of plants because it is structurally similar to hemoglobin.

One of the main differences
is that chlorophyll carries magnesium at its center, where hemoglobin carries iron, allowing
chlorophyll to be a significant source of magnesium and other minerals. Some of the other properties in chlorophyll have been found to help renew damaged tissue, build blood, counteract the effects of radiation, assist with wound healing, fend off bacteria, assist with digestive disorders, increasehealthy G.I. flora, improve liver function and trigger enzymes that produce vitamins A, E and K. Beyond chlorophyll these “green foods” are rich sources of B vitamins, macro minerals, trace minerals, amino acids and antioxidants.

Amla Berry (Emblica officinalis), Oat Straw (Avena sativa), Fo Ti (Polygonum multiflorum) have been included for their documented adaptogenic effects and traditional uses to strengthen the body’s resistance to stressors of all kinds. Amla Berry, in particular, is known to be rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and polyphenols, which lend it its anti-inflammatory properties; it is popularly used in Ayurvedic Medicine to stabilize the connective tissue, blood vessels, bones, hair and eyes. Further support is provided by Oat Straw, documented to calm and “feed” the nervous system. Fo Ti, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is administered to influence the endocrine glands, cardiovascular system, and more recent research has demonstrated its neuroprotective effects. Lastly, Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus) and Nutritional Yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been included for the quality of nutrients contained in them to support thyroid function, immune support and overall body vitality. Spagyric Greens may be used in any healing strategy to enhance energy levels, assist the body when under stress and to provide essential nutrients to maintain health and vitality.

Recommended Usage:

30 drops orally (in water or juice if desired) twice daily AM/PM, or as directed

Key Ingredients:

Barley Grass (Hordeum vulgare) – A cereal grass that is dense

in nutrients which include chlorophyll, antioxidants, amino acids,

vitamins and minerals. Traditional practitioners have used Barley

Grass to assist with allergies, anemia, arthritis, asthma, chronic

fatigue, skin injuries and yeast infection. Research has also demonstrated

that Barley Grass may also have a reparative effect on

DNA damaged by carcinogens and radiation.

Chlorella
(Chlorella pyrenoidosa) – A genus of unicellular green

algae that is known for its high nutritional value. Not only rich in

chlorophyll, Chlorella is 50% protein, 20% fat, 20% carbohydrate

and many other minerals and vitamins. These nutrients include

B vitamins, carotenoids, vitamin C, magnesium, lutein and other

phytocomplexes.

Spirulina
(Spirulina platensis) – One form of blue-green algae

that was named because of the spiral shape of each individual

spirulina cell. It is known for its density of nutrition containing

high concentrations of chlorophyll, amino acids, minerals and

vitamins. Spirulina has been found to have 10 times more beta

carotene than carrots; to be a rich source of iron, magnesium

and trace minerals; and to have high concentrations of gamma

linoleic acid which assists with inflammation.

Irish Moss
(Chondrus crispus) – A species of seaweed considered

by herbalists to be a nourishing and strengthening food

medicine. Historically, its primary role was to quicken recovery

after a debilitating illness and it is also a significant source of

iodine, which is critical for thyroid function.

Amla Berry (Emblica officinalis) – Amla is native to India and

has been prized by Ayurvedic healers to be a rich source of antioxidants

and to contain significant amounts of vitamin C. It is

considered an adaptogen with other traditional uses including

inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disorders, and connective

tissue disorders, to improve vision and prevent damage to

the body caused by toxins.

Oat Straw
(Avena sativa) – Considered by many Eclectic physicians

to be one of the best remedies to strengthen and calm the

whole nervous system while under stress. It has also been used

for both physical and nervous fatigue associated with depression,

insomnia and exhaustion.

Fo Ti
(Polygonum multiflorum) – Claimed by the Chinese to be

the herb for longevity and wellness. Traditionally it has been

used as a cardiovascular strengthener, to influence the endocrine

glands and as a tonic to help tone the liver and kidneys.

Current research has shown Fo Ti to support and protect the

nervous system.

Nutritional Yeast
(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) – Considered to

be a rich source of several nutrients including protein, B vitamins,

beta glucans and trace minerals, especially chromium

and selenium.
