A Summary of the Process ItselfAccording to the Spagyric process, a plant is separated into its three fundamental aspects, including (in an abbreviated summary) its essential oils, its alcohol essence and its mineral or micronutrient residues. The three main components then go through a process of low-heat distillation and/or natural fermentation to release the healing properties of the plant. Finally, all components are reunited to create the remedy. This process is specially designed to preserve all the medicinal essences of the whole plant, while allowing for maximum extraction of the raw material. The end result is a highly concentrated and bioavailable product. All of these processes' techniques are extremely specific, and many of them require long periods of time, some up to forty days, if they are to be done correctly. Many raw materials require different processing times and may require additional steps. Due to the concentrating nature of this form of processing, selecting only the purest and cleanest organic and/or wild crafted raw materials is of utmost importance.
